How it Works:

Nonwinning entries from the February 21, 2008 drawing and any second chance entries received after February 15, 2008 will be entered in a second chance drawing for a $1,000,000 cash prize. Deadline for entering the $1,000,000 cash prize drawing is August 15, 2008. Those 9 finalist entries (along with approximately 97 additional entries from other states participating in the Deal or No Deal lottery game) will be included in a drawing to be held on or about September 17, 2008 to award one (1) $1,000,000 cash prize.

To enter the second chance drawing, complete the back of 2 non-winning Illinois Lottery Deal or No Deal Game #538 instant lottery tickets and mail to:
